New Year's Eve in this hotel was not so great for us. I must admit that the location was great, a beautiful countryside and a charming village. the breakfast they offered was included and it was nice to have it on those cold mornings. the room had a good view, and it was clean, which was a plus for us.
Everything else was terrible. the staff was not friendly, they were not willing to help us with the noise coming from the street and the other guests.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the countryside. The room was clean and the view was fine. The breakfast, included, was tasty and satisfying.
Nothing that I didn't like.

The countryside view from the room was nice, as was the included breakfast. The small village nearby was charming and a good location for exploring the area.
Unfortunately our New Year's stay was plagued with issues. We arrived to find no one at the check-in and had to wait until later to be let in.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel located in the heart of the beautiful Dordogne countryside. the room had a breathtaking view and was comfortably furnished with all the necessary amenities, including a fan to keep us cool at night. the hosts Audrey and her mother were welcoming and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious. Free parking was also a bonus.
The check-in process could be more clearly communicated as some previous guests have had issues with it.

The owners were friendly and cute, providing great service. Carlux is a charming village with beautiful surroundings. The room had a lovely view and was comfortable. Breakfast was included and a good value for money.
